All registered buyers must have a current copy of their dealer's, dismantler's, or repairer's license submitted to us for our records in order to keep their buying status up to date. If your license expires and the auction does not have a current copy on file you will not be allowed to buy until this is rectified.
Registered business owners are responsible for bids made by approved buyers that are listed on the registration form and will also be responsible for any storage fees or buyer fees if the buyer does not pay for a purchase in the allotted time. A copy of all buyer's drivers licenses must be on file for our records.
Internet awarded vehicles must be paid for and removed by 4:00pm Tuesday following a Thursday sale. Any vehicles left after Tuesday will start collecting storage fees at a rate of $20.00 per day.
A vehicle sold to an Internet buyer requires a $25.00 fee in addition to the normal buyer fees.
If a vehicle that has been awarded has not been paid for by Tuesday following a Thursday sale it will be resold and will be assessed a resale fee of $200.00 or 10% of the purchase price (whichever is greater) and the difference in the sale price if it sells for less than the original bid, and any costs of collection including court and attorney's fees. If this should happen you will also not be allowed to attend any auctions until all fees have been paid for in full. Repeat offenders will lose buying privileges forever!
All vehicles are sold "as is", without warranty as to description, damage, or title.
Statewide Auto Auction is not responsible for any damage or theft after the vehicle has been awarded while on our premises or during delivery, or to any personal vehicles while parked on our property.
