OnLine RingDirector system also allows the remarketing organization
to operate as the "auctioneer" by allowing the administrator
to alter both the starting bid and reserve price in real time.
ICE:
ICE(Intelligent Condition Evaluator) is a robust
condition reporting system with a suite of tools. Save valuable
time and money and make your disposition process much more
profitable with more accurate condition reports. The ICE system
gives the ability to do quick and accurate condition reports
with much less effort and time. The capture unit can be a
small handheld computer, laptop computer, or a tablet pc that
is durable and lightweight. This unit has predefined screens
that will allow the reporter to quickly do a condition report
on a vehicle and the vehicle's specifications. Once the condition
reports have been completed, the unit will transfer the information
to the main commerce server via wireless or wired connection.
Once the information has been loaded to the commerce server,
it is available for use in a variety of external IT systems
of your choice. A main use of this data is to generate reports.
Reports can be modified to the customers’ standards and
can be printed out, faxed, or emailed.

The consignor will see the video, hear the audio and have
the ability to chat with the clerking staff. This gives the
consignor full control of the sales without the need to travel
to the auction house for the sale. The OnLine RingRepSM screen
has preset buttons so the consignor can make quick and accurate
